How Switch Works For Agents

Promote to your tenants

Use our marketing materials and content templates to inform your tenants about Switch, or include as part of your tenant renewal communications.

Check their eligibility

Once you have a list of interested tenants, check that they meet our referencing, arrears and payment holiday criteria.

Ensure Landlord Consent

You can use our template communications to make sure landlords have consented to a switch to Reposit.

Your tenants sign up

Tenant sign up and pay their Reposit fee, counter-signing their addendum.

Release their deposit

Once the tenant has completed their Reposit, you can release their cash deposit!
